I'm currently based in Toronto, and I'm an Experience Designer at Deloitte Digital. I‘m passionate about creating digital products and experiences that transform complex business problems into human-centered solutions.

My background in Psychology and UX has been instrumental in a deep understanding of users and approaching business challenges in a structured and creative way.

In my free time you'll find me playing tennis, exploring local food, or hiking.

Designing is understanding both user perception and user behaviours.
Empathizing with users is always one of most important steps to guide the following design. Designers are observers, but remember, users don’t always behave as they think.

Chatting with any stakeholders who have worked on the user journey helps shape the whole map for greater user experience.
